Statement on Bugs for the gprimeltexx and fortuna3gdtv

We are currently notified that the following variants that support Miix has bugs.

•         SM-G530FZ (gprimeltexx) – RIL (network) not working on XXS basebands
•          SM-G530BT (fortuna3gdtv) – Wi-Fi not working

The maintainers are now notified and are working with us to fix these issues.
